Why science education? I believe that science is integrated with every part of life. Science is not only looking and investigating the world around us but finding a systematic approach to life. Science provides us with the opportunity to flex our brains and expand our view of the world. Below is a podcast from Harvard Kennedy School of Law, it discusses various policies in place and facilitates important conversations about those policies. This podcast is with Neil Degrasse Tyson, an astrophysicist, and discusses STEM education. Be sure to listen to minutes 20-22 which specifically discusses the importance of science education.
